PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The Sempra Energy building is located at 101 Ash Street in the Central Business District of downtown San Diego. It consists of a 21-story, steel frame, concrete and glass high rise office tower over two (2) subterranean parking levels on approximately 1.38 acres of land. Since its completion in 1968, the building has been occupied by Sempra Energy, parent company of San Diego Gas and Electric Company, as their Corporate Headquarters.
The building has been upgraded in 1993-1994, 1998-1999, & 2001.

Site: The site is a retangular shaped parcel that is on a downgrade compatible with surrounding streets. This provides street level entry to the subterranean parking. The site totals approximately 1.38 acres (60,000 square feet) comprising one city block, with access to Ash Street, "A" Street, First Ave. and Second Ave, San Diego.
